Vineyard
The fruit has been sourced from a professionally managed vineyard of high elevation at the northern end of the Adelaide Hills, near Eden Valley. This vineyard is renowned for producing some of the best fruit in the Adelaide Hills since 1980. Today, the journey continues with the use of sustainable viticulture along with employing biodynamic and organic farming techniques to produce wines with a true sense of place.
