Vineyard

This certified organic fruit has been sourced from a single vineyard in the Central Ranges of NSW. Organic wine is essentially the growing of grapes where no synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides are used in the vineyard with a reliance on natural inputs. This means we use naturally occurring biological controls.

Winemaking

In the winery we continue our organic approach. The fruit is crushed and pressed into refrigerated stainless steel tanks for fermentation to retain those vibrant and fresh fruit flavours.

Tasting Notes

You'll taste classic apple, cut pear and citrus accented by floral notes on the nose.  With a slightly lower alcohol content, it's perfect for your next laid-back weekend BBQ or long lunch with the girls!

Ageing Advice

Enjoy young and fresh. Simply, open, pour and enjoy. No need to decant or aerate this white wine prior to drinking. Serve nice and cold on hot days.

Favourite Food Pairing

Our Pinot Grigio goes particularly well with shellfish including tiger prawns and lobster.

  • Made with an Italian influence, this Pinot Grigio tends to be lighter, drier, and fruitier than the French version which is typically richer and higher in alcohol content.

Typical Grigio flavors are lemon, lime, pear, nectarine and apple. Zestier in taste, with a touch of acidity due to the low residual sugar.
